Dual 100kW Commercial Solar Installations at Northshore, Hamilton

Hembrows recently delivered two high-performing 100kW commercial solar systems for Stronghold Investment Services and Milestone Property Management. Installed on side-by-side office buildings within the Business Technology Precincts by Graystone at Northshore, Hamilton, these systems are designed to deliver long-term sustainability and cost savings.

The project involved the design, supply, and installation of both systems, featuring premium SolarEdge Technologies inverters and optimisers. Each system connects to the buildings’ common area boards, providing behind-the-meter solar power that reduces electricity purchase costs while boosting the NABERS rating for each asset.
