Project Update: Rivermakers Brisbane

Hembrows is proud to announce the completion of Stages 4 & 5 at the Rivermakers precinct in Morningside. As the Energex Accredited Service Provider on this project, our team delivered power, NBN, and street lighting to 28 new industrial lots developed by BMI Group.

The scope of work included over 8,000 metres of conduit, 4,000 metres of cable, 2 padmount transformers, and full industrial road lighting throughout the precinct. This marks another successful subdivision project in our ongoing partnership with BMI Group, helping support the growth of Brisbane’s industrial sector.

Commercial Highlight: Heritage Office Building

In addition to the subdivision works, Hembrows also completed a major electrical and solar package for a brand new 3-level, architecturally designed office building in the Rivermakers commercial precinct.

Our team delivered a wide range of services including HVAC systems for energy-efficient climate control, customised power solutions, practical and decorative lighting by Caribou Lighting, as well as CCTV and NBN installation.

A key feature of the project was the installation of a 99kW premium SolarEdge solar system, which will provide ongoing energy savings across the broader heritage precinct—operating as an embedded electrical network.

This project is another example of how dynamic electrical and solar solutions can transform modern commercial spaces.
