Avaline Estate Completion

We are proud to announce the completion of Avaline Estate, a 188-lot residential development in Burpengary, delivered in partnership with KDL Projects. From initial site preparations to the completion of underground electrical infrastructure across all five stages, our team has been instrumental in powering this exciting new community.

Our involvement extended beyond the estate itself, with major upgrades carried out on Maitland Road and Old Bay Road. This included the installation of new street lighting and a signalised intersection, improving both safety and connectivity for future residents and the wider community.

As a boutique bayside development, Avaline Estate is already generating local interest, with Stage 1 homes nearing completion and new residents preparing to move in.
