100kW Solar for 200 Creek Street

The Hembrows solar team has partnered with Forza Capital to complete a large solar array as a part of their eco refurbishment project for their ten-storey office building in Creek Street, Brisbane.

The client’s goal with solar was to improve their National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS) star rating and reduce CO2 emissions. This goal was accomplished through a 114kW solar array that was expertly designed and constructed by our solar team and completed on time.

With an estimated reduction of CO2 at 121,380kg from the solar alone, they went on to accomplish a 5.5 star rating.
