Yeerongpilly Green Riverside

Another Energex substation for a Large Customer Connection (LCC) complete, this time in collaboration with Consolidated properties and built by Hutchinson Builders.

The client required a complete design and construction for the new development Yeerongpilly Green Riverside, now home to a Woolworths and other small stores with more opening in the future. They needed enough power to account for the future capacity and a company that had the knowledge to navigate the approvals required and long lead times of LCCs all while completing the project on time.

Hembrows completed a full design and construction, taking charge of all Energex approvals and utilising a crane truck to get the two 1000kVA and 1500kVA transformers on the roof and into place, our team managed to get these transformers installed on time ready for the opening in August.

We also completed the reconnection of the pathway lighting and other minor electrical details while there.
