Director - James Caldwell

James started on at Hembrow's 21 years ago as manager. Guiding the business through a number of challenges and developing all divisions across the business has been vital to the business as it stands today. Starting an Electrical design company prior to Hembrow's coupled with an MBA has equipped James with an industry leading skill-set. 

Operations Manager - Wayne Eddings

Wayne has been with Hembrow's for 21 years, completing an electrical apprenticeship in the early days before moving into a Safety Role with the company after completing a degree in Work Place Health & Safety. Today Wayne heads a large section of the Business in Reticulation. 

Commercial Estimating - Neil Robinson

Neil has been with Hembrow's for 22 years, completing an electrical apprenticeship followed by project managing and leading a number of Domestic & Commercial Projects. Neil's Extensive knowledge around Domestic and Commercial Electrical has positioned Hembrow's with an Industry Advantage allowing us to deliver our clients with innovative and market leading projects. 

Construction Manager - Joe Di Salvo

Joe completed an Electrical apprenticeship with Hembrow's before being accelerated into running some of Hembrow's largest projects to date. Joe's ability to problem solve and deliver projects to date has been key to his success. Today Joe Manages some of the largest sections of the business in Domestic & Solar

Business Development Manager - Curtis Winwood

Curtis completed his electrical apprenticeship at Hembrow's whilst studying a Bachelor of Business. Today Curtis Project manages a number of major projects across the business whilst working on developing new clients and improving process throughout the Business

Reticulation Estimating - Peter Neeve

Peter Started his career at Hembrow's 18 years ago in the accounts department. Peter has immersed himself in a number of roles across the company for solar sales through to Mains Property Poles and today finds himself leading the Reticulation Estimating of the business

Projects - Kristin Di Salvo

Kristin commenced at Hembrow’s 6 years ago with the idea of bringing more structure into our rather organically grown business. Bringing along a Master degree in Engineering and Business, she targets bottlenecks in the company and develops and implements processes that enable Hembrow’s to continue to grow and maintain flexible yet robust within the ever-changing market. From IT to procurement, no topic is off her radar of projects.

Technical Support - Chris Green

Chris is an industry leader when it comes to Solar technical support. Chris is constantly up to date with the latest technology in an ever changing & innovating market. For everything solar, Chris is the man to see

North Coast Manager - Mick Gardner

Mick has been project managing a number of large commercial projects on the north coast from Brisbane up to Mackay. On numerous occasions Mick has been able to set up a mobile crew in regional areas and execute on projects with unbelievable Acceleration. Today Mick manages a team out of the Caboolture office. 

 Training & Apprentice Coordinator - Rebecca Rodgers

Bec has worked at Hembrow's for 10 years carrying out a number of positions throughout the business. From ordering and store duties to assisting in Reticulation, Bec has been given a real grassroots experience to start her career enabling her to continually Grow within the organisation. Today Bec still carries out a number of these tasks whilst running Hembrow's Apprentice program which currently employs 30 apprentices.

 

Solar Sales Manager - Lachlan Owen-Turner

Lachy has been with Hembrow's for 9 years now. He has covered all sales roles throughout the company from Solar right through to Air-conditioning, coupled with a an electrical apprenticeship. Lachy brings a great skill-set to the business applying his vast onsite experience whilst constantly being engaged to the latest products on the market.
